As I have had a number of inquiries about how to participate, I am sending
further details.  I am new to all of this too but I believe I understand
what is supposed to happen.

 

Times for the program:

Date: Monday April 27, 2015

Time: 5 pm Pacific time: 6 pm mountain time; 7 pm central time; 8 pm eastern
time

 

Note: Please read through all of the brief instructions below before
actually following any links.

 

First, go to

You will find the following text there:

 

Enter the Pat Price Tek talk Training Room at

http://conference321.com/masteradmin/room.asp?id=rsc9613dc89eb2

 

On that page, you will be advised to download a plug-in for the TC
Conference service.  If you have used Talking Communities in the past, you
probably do not need to download that plug-in.

 

Once you have the plug-in installed, simply follow the link on the page that
says:

Click here to enter the room

 

Press ALT+A to allow if Windows asks if you will allow the site to run the
plug-in on your machine.

 

Type your name into the User name field.

No need to type anything into the password field if one appears.

 

Once you are logged in, you should be able to hear the moderator speaking
with me.  When the moderator solicits questions from the audience, I believe
you just press your CONTROL key to talk.  You can also type in text messages
as well.
