Good morning, friends.
I’ve had  a vocal coach the last 5 years and the key is to breathe in your vowels.
Coming from a rock and metal vocalist, the classical style and way of warming up is so vital!
If you have an “ah” “oh” “E” “i shaped vowel, it’s usually best to shape it 4 counts before the measure in the song.
Depending on your time signature of course.
