A friend of mine has a Dell 450 running Win7 that could be ready to
bite the dust unless we can find a new motherboard for it.

If he needs to get a new computer, what options for accessible
recording software are there with Win10 and JFW?

He also has an iPhone. Are there any options there for recording software?
