Well, here’s a possible option: 

Boss TU-80 Guitar Tuner & Metronome

It beeps on the same pitch as the note you’re tuning when it senses the note is in tune, but my impression from the youtube video I just listened to about it is that it is beeping from the tuner, not an output that might be passed to an amp or headphones. I’m not certain how to check further on that. Only $30 though, so might be worth a shot.
