Dear Rachel one of our members Marie Cobb is knowledgeable in this area. She used to regularly sell a line of cosmetic products. I don't know if she still does. It's certainly doable by a blind person. In the symphony I play in, application of perfumes and colognes is discouraged because some of our members are allergic to them.
