I don't think you can pinpoint which countries the video is being 
viewed in.  There are likes and dislikes for comments as well.

Besides the number of views and how many likes and dislikes you 
get on a
YouTube video, what other information can one gather? Can I 
access all
comments that are left and is there any way to tell what state or 
even what
country they are being viewd from?

Or anything else  that I have not mentioned?
