One more question about YouTube. 
 If a person goes and views it multiple times, does it count each time it is
viewed or does it just count each new viewer  
 IE does 100 views mean 100 diferent people or does it literally mean 100
views.

personally use to track those stats mentioned.

There are likes and dislikes for comments as well.

Hi,

Besides the number of views and how many likes and dislikes you get on a
YouTube video, what other information can one gather? Can I access all
comments that are left and is there any way to tell what state or even what
country they are being viewd from?

Or anything else  that I have not mentioned?
