[MusicTlk] Christina is correct, you must get permission from the publisher. This can be done sometimes you must be forcdful but it can be done. I have made arrangements with Hal Leonard for with their distributor sheetmusicdirect who will provide me their offerings in the musicxml as I request. They didn't want to be publicly o outed as a place that would discriminate against blind persons. Sometimes it just takes getting the right person. I imagine the same would be true of any other publisher. Ask nicely first, but if you don't get results, let 'them say you will let everyone know that they discriminate. It is mean but gets the job done. @
