[MusicTlk] Accessing Instrument Plugins with VoiceOver in Garage Band

Are you Blind?
I had no luck trying to use gb on my iPhone.

I am thinking about how to create a project to make guitar, other stringed fretted instruments, accessible for perhaps hands free use since we use 2 hands for string playing.
GB might be a way to  convert GuitarPro files into MXml files which would be much easier to work with.
Most vendors don’t provide the MXml files but only the GP files or at least that is their story when I e-mailed them.
The folks who make GP said they  had no plans to make their product accessible – they are over in France so I guess feel immune to any w3c standards here in the U.S. – don’t know – don’t care just want something accessible and not braille.
Anyway, if GB is accessible it may be a starting point.

I'm a blind producer that is teaching myself the engineering side, which has mostly been a breeze, since I have had years of experience recording music. I'm currently using Garage Band until I can get Logic. My question is, how do you access instrument plugins in Garage Band using VoiceOver? Thank you.
