[MusicTlk] Accessing Instrument Plugins with VoiceOver in Garage Band

GarageBand on the phone is accessible as I know people who get work done with it. However I never put the time and energy into figuring it out myself. GarageBand on the  computer however is a different story and that I have used a bit.
