[MusicTlk] Accessing Instrument Plugins with VoiceOver in Garage Band

Load a software instrument track and you should be able to select from the library or  the smart controls area between different  instruments. 
Also you may want to join the logic accessibility mailing list for your logic and GarageBand questions. Send an email to link logic-accessibility+subscribe at googlegroups.com <mailto:logic-accessibility+unsubscribe at googlegroups.com>. Also I did some GarageBand Demos for cool blind tech sometime ago that may help.
