[MusicTlk] Learning New Guitar Songs

I use Ultimate guitar, Bill Brown, and google the name of the song followed
by, how to play, and between all 3, it really works for me!

All,

Does anyone have tips for picking up new guitar songs? I have some basic
skills in the instrument, but am having trouble learning more complex songs.
I don't know a way of reading tabs in an accessible way, but doing it by ear
through recordings can be extremely time-consuming. Does anyone have
solutions to this problem?
