[MusicTlk] foot pedal to rewind and forward in an audio recording

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I am just starting to take piano 
lessons. The piano teacher makes recordings with instructions on where 
to place my fingers and which notes to play.
While playing this recording to practise pieces of music, I often need 
to be able to rewind or pause.
Do any of you know if there is a solution to do this with a foot pedal?
A foot pedal linked to a Windows laptop or to an iPhone/iPad.
