> Project Description: Production/Play description: Odd Man Out is an immersive play that takes place in complete darkness. Six bilingual actors, some of whom are blind or visually impaired, each play multiple characters in the life story of Alberto, a blind musician, whose journey has him now flying home from New York to Buenos Aires, after decades of self-exile. As audience members follow Alberto’s story of love, prejudice, and fears that were left behind, they experience a multisensory “journey” as Alberto would experience, through only sound, smells, taste and touch. The young version of Alberto, who is blind from birth and doesn’t let his disability stop him from doing what he wants. Impetuous, brave and sometimes too ambitious. Ability to play Classical Guitar or any Musical Instrument a Plus!

There is a NYC run planned for January 2023, as well.
