Hi Marion,

Thanks for your comments. I may have a technique to refine as the 
calluses are forming a little lower than the tips of my fingers. I guess 
on bass you can get away with not using the very tips because the 
strings are much further apart. I tried acoustic guitar a few times and 
always got frustrated with touching the string below where I was 
fretting and just gave up and stuck with bass. Drums is actually my main 
instrument so I was OK with surrendering guitar. I am enjoying bass 
though, so it looks like I will have to do something about it since I 
want to continue both Braille and music.
