actually RS had a unit that was a telephone message machine on the cheap, 
being just the phone answering unit and a set of plugs that you plugged into 
your own recorder. if they still have this unit it would work perfectly for 
phone recording with your pocket recorder as long as it had a 3.5mm 
microphone jack
