Jordan,
Time to be looking for a new coffee supplier. You may need to do something
if you have loyal customers for a particular blend of that brand. Perhaps
you will give them some incentive to try the new brand or pull one of them
in just enough to help you service those customers. But, ask them to sign
something saying they won't open a coffee business for some time or
something. But, for the future, move on. Your energies are needed in
creating good and being successful. Don't let an unsupportive company pull
you down. Vote for accessibility with your dollars. There's another company
out there eager to find a way to make it all work for you!

Subject: [nabentre] the DSA needs a wake up call
The DSA really needs a big wake up call and so does KilambÉ Coffee. Short
story is that KilambÉ Coffee redid the entire website and back office.
Well, before the update, the back office was 100% accessible. After the
update, it is not accessible at all. I e-mailed them back in November and
never got a response, I e-mailed them back in January and early February,
and they claimed I never informed them about the issue, and that they would
figure out how to fix it. This is August, and no fix. I went to the DSA
again about the issue, and their response basically was oh well, your
problem. We cannot help fix accessibility problems. Well, the fact that
the back office was accessible and went to being non accessible, and nobody
wants to take responcibility to fix the issue, what should I do next? I
don’t have the money at this time to sue, but if I did, I would gladly be
putting both organizations in their place.
