[nabentre] Grants or assistance to send our blind employee to the Louisiana School for the blind?

Hello Bruce,
So should we write an ultimatum or note saying:
We give until September 2016 for the employee to obtain skills in
performing her professional responsibilities. If said skills are not
satisfactorily obtained, we will move to termination.

and she can give that to DOR and say that this is what we gave her? Then
can ask if she can be put on a job retention plan?
Will DOR pay her $3500 a month?
Thank you,
