[nabentre] problem with eBay

Hi,

I am unable to complete purchases on eBay because their "state menu button"
won't budge. I cannot activate it at all to choose the state. Do any of you
know how to accomplish that task? Please try it first before getting back to
me because I think it is a fairly new problem.
