[nabop] braille transcription course questions

   Good afternoon. I have been approved to take the Braille transcription course offered by the nfb. I do not have a Perkins brailler so I would like to use the program perky duck from Duxbury. Do I need to create a Microsoft document to use the program? Do I need a 40-cell braille display, or can I use a computer keyboard? Thank you.
