Hello all,
A few months ago I started working as a secretary in the federal government. All the assistive equipment I use is working well, but I still have two questions. Is there a particular model of desk phone or a phone feature that allows the receptionist to know the number of the person calling? A kind of auditory or Braille output caller ID that I could access while the caller is calling in and after they hang up?
