[nabop] Question About NLS Nemeth Certification

Hi, Everyone.
Have any nonsighted list members been certified in Nemeth Braille? I'm
asking because I have my UEB certification and wanted to get certified
as a music Braille transcriber but was told I couldn't take the
classes because I can't see. I'm wondering if I'll have that same road
block when I apply for the Nemeth class?
