[nabs-l] accommodations in public school

I never used an E chart. I can't see enough to do that. I've always
used someones finger and tracked it or something. I do go to an
ophthalmologist every year. The eye results I get are given to my
parents. My sight is 20/800. that is what I have been told. However,
that doesn't seam to matter because my school and TC say "You have
some usable sight so use it!" so...
