[nabs-l] Two important Skills not mentioned

Here in the U.S., there are problems with America's healthcare, and
blind people are looked at as the most often incompetent users of
healthcare. We need to know about health insurance, and I was told
that I wasn't able to handle health matters. But I know I can do this
and if I go to the ER like I did this past December, then I will have
benefits. My parents have health insurance, but I'm not sure if an
employer will give me a health plan that will cover medications
related to psychological issues. Sometimes, it's a battle whether or
not to tell the employer you're blind much less on medications for
some issues, but if you don't, I think, you won't get what you need.
