Carey,

Welcome to the list. As far as your questions. I don't think asking for electronic copies is unreasonable. Also, for notes you should ask your disability services office for a notetaker, and if you want to read the notes on blackboard, you need to ask your prof to change the format so that they're a pdf file rather than power point. That worked for me at least. Let me know if you have any other questions.
