[nabs-l] NABS Web Site!

Thanks Peter--we did get what we needed, as I noted before, by using 
the Texas constitution as a model.  We had to make a couple of minor 
changes we'd like to un-make when we have more students, but you've 
got to start somewhere.  We're just excited to get started.
