I use it mainly for recording. Although I have to use a sound editor (sound 
recorder works) to increase the volume and there is some background noise, 
it is not crackly or broken up.

Hi! I'm considering investing into a Victor Reader stream sometime in
the future. I looked at humanware website. My understanding is that
the unit can read book share files as well as RFBD files. I also
understand that I can put music on it. I'd like to hear if any of you
are using Victor Reader Strream and your experience with it.
