I agree.  The tone was a bit harsh.  That's why I said something too.  I 
said it may not have been specific because NFB doesn't know how it will 
persue this.  Its likely advocacy.  Having real numbers of cases and stories 
will help put pressure out there for accessibility.  If there's questions 
they're probably addressed best by the writer of the ad Cris Dannielsen.
