[nabs-l] Digital Converters?

I heard something about that you have to program the new digital
converters to get reception from the digital channels, and that you
have to do this every so often. Does anyone have any advice on how to
use the digital converter as far as programming it, etc? I'm a little
hesitant on how to do that programming and being able to use it, so
any help would be appreciated.
