[nabs-l] international roaming and your Cell Phones at Convention

Greetings,
   I called T-Mobile and tried to get them to turn off the romeing service 
on my KNFB Reader mobile phone for the convention, but they said that they 
could not do it. What is the correct procedure to get this done?
