Ashley,

The Ipod Nano 4th Generation is accessible. It has spoken menus.

Itunes is accessible, that is, the latest fversion. I've heard that it's 
only accessible with JFW 9 and above, but I have JFW 7.1, and it works fine 
for me. It's not what you might want to call "easy," but it's doable as far 
as I can tell.
