Hey Jason!!
The first thing to do is to learn the braille code for Spanish. It's
not all that difficult, and most textbooks have like the acented
symbols in the  front of the book. So, you should be fine. Also, most
entry level classes are pretty simple, you probably won't be doing any
incredibly amount of reading and such.
Just talk to the professor once you register, and try to familarize
yourself with the symbols  so that it won't be overwhelming at first.
