I migrated to Verizon, and I have the SMT5800. It is a phone that runs
Mobile Speak, and I love it. It is fully accessible. If you are willing to
purchase Mobile Speak, I suggest going to Code Factory's website at:
http://www.codefactory.es
and checking out the list of phones that are Mobile Speak compatible with
Verizon. I am not sure about your options if you are only looking for out of
the box accessibility.
