There is a TV show that is relevant to the discussion threads regarding handicaped parking and cutting in line.

The show is "Penn and Teller: Bullshit!" - look for the episode on the ADA. 
Penn and Teller airs on Showtime. But I know it can also be downloaded from sites like limewire.
