Jim,
NABS obviously has some of those who will agree that your idea, and
ideas like it are good, but who are reluctant to join in for some
reason or another.
My advice is try to get a communication line open with those of us
willing to join in and assist in making this sort of thing happen, and
then begin to brainstorm on how exactly to go about it.
If it is going to happen, we obviously have to do it ourselves, and
show people it's effectiveness, or... maybe tell them it didn't work,
but show them our determination.
