[nabs-l] new open source Braille translation software for the blind

There is probably a need/small market for a log cost high-quality 
translator that runs natively in Windows.  However, with the 
widespread use of note takers and refreshable Braille displays, the 
need for such software is much less then previously.

It is a lot of work --  I was involved with the development of Turbo 
Braille, and it takes a couple years of use to find all the exceptions.
