[nabs-l] help with a book from bookshare

Hello All,
   I hope everyone is having a wonderful day.  I'm having trouble with 
using a book
from bookshare and was hoping maybe someone here could help  me out. 
I've attempted
contacting tech support, and received one  response but haven't heard 
anything since.
I've been able to download  the book, and I can open the files, but I 
can't actually
get to the text  of the book.  The one file that will open the Victor 
software, says
it's  loading the book, but then there isn't any book.  I know it's just 
my  lack
of knowledge of how this works since I've never used bookshare  before 
now.  Any
help would be appreciated.  Thanks so much.
