[nabs-l] informed choice

I know that here in Michigan they will only provide out of state services if the cost does not exceed the amount of what it would cost to receive the services in the state of Michigan, or if the services cannot be provided in the state of Michigan. However, it costs less to attend an NFB training center when you compare the long-term costs to the Michigan training center, so I have never heard of anyone running into the problem of having to pay the difference between the two centers. In this case, I would suggest contacting Scott LaBarre or Fred Schroeder to help with this specific situation.
