I wrote a justification letter and everything stating that 
Colorado was better because of the philosophical things it does 
and how ithelps the clients and that I had issues with my state 
center, but the VR people said there were closer centers that 
were comprable.  What a joke!
Anyway, if I go to CCB, if anyone is interested, I'd like to blog 
about my experiences for all the folks to read.
