Gerardo,

If I were you, I would ask to come along with your cousins. After all, 
how else will they get comfortable if they don't have an opportunity to 
minimize their discomfort? Also, I would recommend asking for 
descriptions of what's on the film so you can meaningfully discuss the 
film with them. Besides, they are members of your own family, so some 
social rules (such as the rule of don't impose) don't apply in teh same 
way they do with others. Just my opinion.
