[nabs-l] Tactile Diagram Collection available on CDs

Could they be printed with a Juliet embosser on regular paper if one does 
not have the other type of paper you mentioned?  If not, is this capsule 
paper expensive, and where would one purchase it?  Thanks.  Anita
