Well, parents cannot split the cost with rehab. But they could buy the less 
expensive equipment such as a computer and rehab could buy the adaptive 
software for it.

I think the payment options are often too black and white (no pun intended).
Often, parents could afford to pay for part of the equipment, but there
aren't really options for doing that, at least none that I have heard of.
