[nabs-l] hebrew and Arabic

Hi

Is there anyone on here who could add the following languages to espeak? 
You can get espeak at http://espeak.sourceforge.net/test/latest.html . 
If you could add and make it speak the following languages I would 
appreciate it.
Japanese
Korean
Arabic
Hebrew
Irish Gaelic
I looked at the phonemes tables files but they are beyond my understanding.
