Department of Education: Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects and
Centers Program: Field Initiated Projects: Research and Development Grants
Application deadline: February 4, 2011
This program provides support for research or development projects that
address important topics identified by investigators and that produce new
scientific
knowledge or better understanding of the subject, problem, or body of
knowledge. Priority will be given to disability and rehabilitation research
and development
projects that facilitate the advancement of knowledge and understanding of
the unique needs of, and determine the best strategies and programs to
improve
rehabilitation outcomes for, individuals with disabilities from
traditionally underserved populations.
