[nabs-l] Making foreign Language symbols

[Hope Paulos]

Hi there. Which language are you studying, and which mode of writing ar eyou 
using-- braille note or computer? Also, which screen reader do you use? Once 
you give me this information, I can provide you with the proper way to make 
the symbols.
