Right on, Joseph! Thank you for the pep talk! We've done it
before and we will do it again... we, the Federation, working
collectively, WILL win!

Bridgit, my chapter hasnât exactly invested in this as a
priority
thus far either, and there are other problems that are coming up
as
well which I donât think will be helped by me discussing them
here.
My point is that I am going to do something about this, one way
or
another, and I am working with the state affiliate and anyone I
can
to get this accomplished. My state president, Art Stevenson has
been
on the phone almost constantly regarding this issue (and anybody
who
knows Art has no hard time imagining that Iâm sure!) and
weâre gonna
get it done.
Do not give up hope, and do not feel that just because nobody
else is
stepping forward that nothing can be done. You can step forward.
Now sometimes when you step forward, its your head that gets
bitten
off firstâbut nobody ever said doing the right thing was easy.
Do it
anyway, and grow a thick skin. People will respect you for it in
the
end.
I had my own head bitten off a couple of weeks ago on nfb-talk,
but
taking action was the right thing to do then. I had to go it
alone,
and though Iâm doing the right thing, Iâm gonna lose. This
time, I
am not alone, itâs still the right thing to do, and I am not
going to
accept failure. This one weâre gonna win, because itâs a
"we" that
is gonna win it.

Lucky, my affiliate and chapter have no intention of doing
anything as a
collective, but then again I've gotten use to this around here.
Must be
nice to have an affiliate/chapter that truly invest in the
priorities of
the Federation and works as a collective and not as individuals
or elite
clicks.

Chapters are doing it, states are doing it, everyone is. I?ll be
