Hi Rania,

Try calling the phone store and ask if they will give you an appointment for
some amount of time. I know they will do this at the   Apple store to make
sure you buy their phones.

If they bulk, tell them they do it at some of their competitors. That ought
to make them think. If all else fails, ask for a manager and tell them the
same. 

Make sure you call in advance to get it straightened out.
