[nabs-l] 2 quick observations

What about keeping track of those who attend the conference?
For example, if I go to convention and I pay during convention, how do you keep track of the fact that I paid during convention so I don't have to pay during Washington Seminar?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm happy to contribute any way I can, but I haven't really seen a system for keeping track of this, it seems more of an action we have to take as members then anything the leadership actually keeps long term records of.

Correct?
