[nabs-l] NFB training centers and guide dogs

Each NFB center handles guide dog things a little differently, so I'd
advise calling up Julie Deden or another staff member at the CCB to
find out their specific rules. As others have said, I'm pretty sure
that at CCB, you can work your dog and carry a folding cane during
evenings and weekends and going to and from the center each day.
