One more question: On one of Verizon's sites, I'm pretty sure it said the
Haven announces letters while you're texting, but, when I spoke to someone
at Verizon, he could not tell me if this is true.  So, does it announce
letters you press while texting?  If yes, what option is necessary to
activate this feature?

i think so but am not sure.  haven does identify incoming calls 
when nobody is already using it.

Then, I'm guessing the iphone is the only phone that identifies 
call waiting
calls?  For your info, I use Verizon.

I remember some of you have this phone.  I'm elligable for an
upgrade in a
couple of months and am considering my options.  With the Haven,
if you're on
the phone and get a call waiting, does the Haven announce who's
calling on
the call waiting call?
